About Us

Karuna Animal Rescue & Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned, abused, and neglected animals.

 Our sanctuary provides a lifelong home of love, care, and enrichment for animals that aren't suited for adoption. 

Our vision for the future is to educate our communities about the responsible, humane, and ethical treatment of all animals and end animal suffering and homelessness. 

Paula Ray founded Karuna in May 2020 and is 

our acting Director.
